Our privacy policy strictly prohibits the sharing or selling of your information to third parties. DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION: This is a marketing program with multiple locations throughout the United States, Dominican Republic and Mexico and is invalid in any state where prohibited by law and where state licensing requirements have not been met. We are pleased to provide anyone with a tour of our resort; however, you must meet the following requirements to receive all of the features that are contained in this offer. This promotion is designed to be of particular interest to persons who are between the ages of 25 and 75 (Single females must be at least 30 years of age), speak English or Spanish, and with a minimum annual income of $50,000. This package is good for 2 adults (one who must be between 25-75 years of age) and 2 children. If Married or Co-habitants you must travel and complete the presentation together and be either gainfully employed or retired. You must present two forms of identification, a valid driver license or passport and major credit card for check in purposes (Bank Debit cards are not accepted). Neither airfare nor transportation from the airport to the resort and/or presentation is included in this offer. Accommodations in Orlando or Miami are with tourist class Hotels. If you have met the requirements and accepted the $50 VISA gift card for this offer, you are required to complete a 120-minute vacation ownership/travel club membership presentation at the Vista Cay Resort in Orlando or The Sunny Hotel in Miami Beach . Although there is no obligation to purchase, failure to attend presentation or meet the terms & conditions will result in forfeiture of all monies that have been paid toward package, accommodations & resort/hotel fees. In addition, a $399.00 penalty will be charged to the credit card that was provided.You cannot tour on the same day of arrival or departure of your accommodations. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Florida Resort Xchange offer. Florida Resort Xchange, the Vista Cay Resort or The Sunny Hotel employees and their immediate families, groups of two or more affiliated couples and persons who have toured our facilities within the last six months are ineligible for this offer. This promotion is not transferable.

RESERVATIONS: When you’re ready to book your vacation package please contact our friendly Reservation Team: Reservation department contact information: hngreservations@holidaysng.com /(407)602-0131. A one-time nonrefundable fee of $10 to activate your package. Resort fees, and hotel security deposit are paid at the hotel at the time of check-in. Reservation request must a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival date. Please allow 72 hours from submitting a reservation request to receive reservation confirmation. NOTE: Reservation is not confirmed until a confirmation reservation email is sent/received. **It is highly recommended that travel not be booked until confirmation is received.** Please keep in mind that in the event of a sell-out, inventory for this offer is separate from that of the property. We do not have access to property’s complete inventory in the event of sell-out. This offer may not be combined with any other vacation package or vacation offer. You must wait 12 months in between repeat visits or tour presentations. This offer may not be combined with any other vacation package or vacation offer. Pet Policy: Rooms being used for this offer DO NOT allow pets. Offer is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

No Show Policy: Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and forfeited ALL monies paid toward the package, accommodations, and resort/hotel fees.

RESERVATION RESCHEDULING/CANCELING: Holidays Network Group and associated hotels are not at fault due to bad weather, flight cancellations and/or illness, and can’t offer a refund or compensation for any rescheduling or cancellation within 96 hours of the arrival date. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 96 HOURS OF YOUR CHECK-IN DATE will result in a one-night penalty charge of $134.00. Failure to arrive at resort/hotel property will be treated as a “no-show” with forfeiture of all monies paid toward package, accommodations, and resort/hotel fees. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you understand the Details of the Participation of this promotion and agree to the terms of this policy. Travel may be extended 6 months for an additional fee of $25.

PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY: YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER.

YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT.

TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, A SIGNED AND DATED COPY OF A STATEMENT THAT YOUR CANCELING THE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE MAILED AND POSTMARKED, OR DELIVERED TO FLORIDA RESORT XCHANGE AT P.O. Box 2043, Winter Park FL 32790 NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT ON THE DAY THAT IS 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.

NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.
